As members, meeting rooms are free to use as long as the rooms have not been booked prior, and with a capped time usage of 1 hour per meeting. For that important board meeting, we recommend you book ahead of time through our members’ portal.
What is the difference between Flexi Private Office and Personal Private Office?
A Personal Private Office is a dedicated room where you and your team have unlimited 24/7 access while a Flexi Private Office gives you limited access, whereby you and your team occupy the room for a selected number of days based on your team's needs.
Can I leave my belongings in the Flexi Private Office?
If you have designated consecutive days in your Flexi Private Office plan, you may leave your belongings and other non-perishable items in the office overnight. However, if the selected working days are non-consecutive, you must remove all your belongings. If there are any items left in the room after non-consecutive days, items will be removed and removal costs may be incurred.
What does 'Shared Employee Access' mean?
Shared Employee Access refers to the flexibility to allow different employees of your company to use the Flexi Private Office. Employee ID is required to verify that they are part of your team. The maximum number of employees allowed to use the office for the day should be based on the capacity of the Private Office chosen. Once the maximum capacity has been met, employee access cannot be given or shared with another employee during the course of the same working day.
