We understand you might have that last minute meeting, or need a private discussion space.
As members, meeting rooms are free to use as long as the rooms have not been booked prior, and with a capped time usage of 1 hour per meeting. For that important board meeting, we recommend you book ahead of time through our members’ portal.
I need a private office for 5 days a week - which plan is best for me?
You can enjoy our Personal Private Office plan which gives you 24/7 access to an office of your own.
What is the deposit on the Flexi Private Office and the Personal Private Office?
The security deposit for the Flexi Private Office is 0.5 months of the cost of your monthly membership, after selecting the days and pax required. The security deposit for the Personal Office is 2 month of the membership.
Are there any lockers for rent?
Yes there are. Do let our sales team know, and we can share locker options with you.
What is the cancellation period for the Flexi Private Office and Personal Private Office products?
There is a 1-month's cancellation period.
What is the process like when I check-in as a Flexi Private Office plan holder?
At the beginning of your membership, you will be prompted to select the days you wish to access your private office with our sales team. On your first day at our space, please approach our Community Executives at the front desk to collect your access cards for the day. Do bring your employee ID for verification. Upon leaving, please return these access cards at the front desk.
What does 'Shared Employee Access' mean?
We understand that the needs of your team is changing. We also understand that a private office to fit all 10 of your employees 24/7 is sometimes not required or possible. Anyone from your team is able to use the Flexi Private Office. Employee ID is required to verify that they are part of your team. The maximum number of employees allowed to use the office for the day should be based on the capacity of your Private Office chosen. Once the maximum capacity has been met, employees access cannot be given or shared with another employee during the course of the same working day.
Can I leave my things in my Flexi Private Office?
If you have set consecutive days in your Flexi Private Office plan, you may leave your laptop and other non-perishable items in the office overnight if you choose. However, if the following day is not a set day under your membership, you must remove all your belongings. If there are any items left in the room after non-consecutive days, items will be removed and there may be removal costs.
What is the key difference between Flexi Private Office and Personal Private Office?
A Personal Office gives your team unlimited 24/7 access to a dedicated room while a Flexi Private Office gives you limited access (based on your team's needs).
