As members, meeting rooms are free to use as long as the rooms have not been booked prior, and with a capped time usage of 1 hour per meeting. For that important board meeting, we recommend you book ahead of time through our members’ portal.
I need a team room for 5 days a week - which plan is best for me? You can enjoy our Personal Team Room plan which gives you 24/7 access to a private room.
What is the deposit on the Flexi Team Room and the Personal Team room? The security deposit for the Flexi Team Room is 0.5 months of the cost of your monthly membership, after selecting the days and pax required. The security deposit for the Personal Team Room is 2 month of the membership.
Are there any lockers for rent? Yes there is. Do let our sales team know, and we can share locker options with you.
What is the cancellation period for the Flexi Team Room and Personal Team Room products? There is a 1-month's cancellation period.
What is the process like when I check-in as a Flexi Team Room plan holder? At the beginning of your membership, you will be prompted to select the days you wish to access your private team room with our sales team. On your first day at our space, please approach our Community Executives at the front desk to collect your access cards for the day. Do bring your employee ID for verification. Upon leaving, please return these access cards at the front desk.
What does 'Shared Employee Access' mean? We understand that the needs of your team is changing. We also understand that a team room to fit all 10 of your employees 24/7 is sometimes not required or possible. Anyone from your team is able to use the Flexi Team Room. Employee ID is required to verify that they are part of your team. The maximum number of employees allowed to use the Flexi Team Room for the day should be based on the capacity of your Flexi Team Room. Once the maximum capacity has been met, employees access cannot be given or shared with another employee during the course of the same working day.
Can I leave my things in my Flexi Team Room? If you have set consecutive days in your Flexi Team Room plan, you can leave your laptop and other non-perishable items in the team room overnight if you choose. However, if the following day is not a set day under your membership, you must remove all your belongings. If there are any items left in the room after non-consecutive days, items will be removed and there may be removal costs.
How is the pricing calculated? The monthly subscription of a 4-6 pax Flexi Team Rooms is calculated at SGD / MYR 70 x no. of days in a week x pax required(depending on the capacity of the room). The monthly subscription of the Flexi Team Rooms of 8 pax or more is calculated at SGD/MYR 60 x no. of days in a week x pax (depending on the capacity of the room).
