Support the Country Manager and Community Manager in the preparation and scoping of deals, sales decks and other relevant materials
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on products
Achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Be always knowledgeable on products offered and able to discuss available options
Cross sell products for coworking, events, and corporate innovation where appropriate
Work with CE team to ensure proper customer service pre and post sales
Build productive trusted relationships with customers
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the site design)
