The purpose of this team is to support our members in their journey to success, with a mission to provide a structured support system to the ~300 member companies across 5 locations.
Working closely with the Community Executive across locations to build a high-touch, welcoming and supportive environment for our members. This includes and is not limited to participating in/ facilitating social community events, and on boarding sessions.
Having regular business check-ins with the team leads of our high value member companies. This will ensure that we have a good understanding of our members and their business needs and can define action plans to connect with the relevant parties and accelerate their growth / success.
Taking lead on the account management of the member companies. Anticipating potential problems and working with the relevant departments to ensure enquiries and/or issues are attended to in a timely manner to ensure the utmost member satisfaction
Curating and managing the Mentor Network and key partnerships that will value-add to our members in terms of business support, growth and exposure
Creating and managing programmes like (and not limited) to one-on-one clinics for members’ growth.
Connecting members to fellow members/ contacts/ opportunities to help with their business growth/needs. You will need to have a good understanding of what the members do and they should always be at the top of your mind.
Owning the member database. Members Success team is the source of members profile knowledge.
Growing your network/connections to be able to make trusted connections for the members
You are one that has an approachable personality with the passion to serve - you will have to foster a deep connection with the members and be their ‘white hat’ warrior.
You should have a curiosity and a constant thirst for knowledge pertaining to the latest updates in the start-up / innovation ecosystem and general industry knowledge.
You have a discerning eye to anticipate issues and also to curate the connections/programmes that you make/create
You will need to be able to handle some project management.
You are able to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment and across different departments.
A plus if you are familiar with Hubspot and OfficeRND.
At least 2 years of work experience - preferably in a role related to account management and/or advisory and/or have experience with partnerships.
