- Develop, drive and ensure alignment of the marketing and brand strategy with the company's strategic vision to build a world class brand, maximise awareness and optimise sales leads generation
- Understand current and future market and industry landscape to manage and refine our branding and marketing strategy, roadmap and action plan
- Lead an integrated marketing approach including a deep understanding of target customer profiles, customer journeys and decision-making triggers across our target market of startups, SMEs, corporates, investors, experts and institutions
- Ensure consistency and clarity of marketing channels, strategies and priorities to drive brand awareness and lead generation of high quality leads resulting in high conversion throughout the sales funnel to reach the business objectives of full occupancy
- Refine and implement Found8 strategic marketing framework through measurement and review of KPIs and dashboards to guide decision making
- Lead Found8 Marketing team by providing guidance to maximise the effectiveness of the marketing function, and building and developing the team’s capabilities
- Propose, manage and optimise marketing budgets
- Responsible for the success of all marketing functions (i.e., brand, performance marketing, content, social and PR) and marketing and brand collaterals (i.e., website, proposal decks, EDMs)
