Events are responsible to generate additional revenue, drive footfall into the space and to facilitate community engagement and growth.
Lead on sourcing, business development and sales of event venue spaces especially lounge, innovation workshops and boardrooms
Lead all event execution aspects including coordinating with customer experience team and external event support teams
Responsible for putting together event proposals and setting budget and price proposals to generate 80 to 90% profit margins
Managing multiple concurrent clients pre and post sales
Vendor negotiations and management, and budget management
Work with Marketing and Sales team in Singapore on event space promotion and marketing including via EDMs, social media, LinkedIn and direct targeting
Work with Marketing team on event collateral design and dissemination
Work with Marketing team on social media content creation pre and post event
