Events are a critical component of Found8 business success as it allows to support our members with their outgoing efforts, but it also brings leaders and decision makers from corporates and governments in our wonderful locations across Singapore


Role and Responsibilities

Leads Generation
  • Co-create the sales strategy, process and execute alongside the Events Sales and Operations team as well our Business Growth Manager and our COO and support the coworking business growth when needed

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales cycle resulting in events space and meeting rooms sold (i.e. cold calling, social media, networking, events, etc.) to corporate clients for corporate events (e.g., innovation workshop, product launch, seminar, investor meetings, corporate presentation, etc)

  • Own the outbound sales process: outbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification, per leads target set by our Business Growth Manager and our COO

  • Own inbound lead management where relevant

  • To assist with first responder duties such as live chat enquiries and hotline

  • To leverage on event sponsorship requests and generate more leads from these sponsored events

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to support the hunting and closure of new business, including cross or up-selling new products to old clients

  • Work with the Events team to pitch and ensure all pitch collaterals are in place for calls / in person pitching / demonstrating all locations and business solutions with potential customers

  • To assist the Events team in conducting site tours to prospects

  • To assist in Event operations whenever the events calendar is full

  • Acquire intelligence and regularly report on how the events market is evolving in relevant markets

  • Support the Membership sales team in their business development and sales efforts to increase the number of coworking members at Found8 in Singapore

CRM + Data Performance
  • Maintain live customer relationship management (CRM) system

  • Overall in charge of inputting all leads into Hubspot (our CRM) and moving/nurturing them along the customer journey

  • Establish and develop a data analytics framework to track performance and continually optimize/refine the approach to increase conversions and other sales metrics

  • Always analysing channel performance based on data, and making strategic decisions on which channels to optimise further

  • Ideally your background is in selling event spaces to corporates, NGOs and governments in Singapore

  • You have 3-5 years experience and a good knowledge of the market

  • You are a self starter, team oriented player who is keen joining an ambitious start-up

  • Knowledge of Hubspot and Office RND preferred

  • Achieve target # of new connections / qualified leads / first meetings set up for sales team / across all products (workspace and events)

  • Achieve target % of high value leads

  • Quick and appropriate response time to new leads < 2 hours

  • Cost effective deployment of sales budget

  • Creative sources of new leads

  • Close collaboration and communication with the Events and Marketing teams to be an effective central control tower
